About Pots ‘n Pans
Pots ‘n Pans (PnP) is a fine-dining, social enterprise restaurant based in Hanoi, Vietnam. Conceived in early 2012, PnP provides management, leadership and hospitality training to disadvantaged young people.
PnP is dedicated to preparing exceptional food combined with excellent service in a welcoming atmosphere. Striving to be an industry leader in sustainability, PnP emphasises working collaboratively with the local community ensuring its impact is positive both for the environment and society.
Becoming a B Corporation is a great way to connect with likeminded companies that commit to make positive social and environmental impact. It is important to us that we are continually raising our own standards and finding innovative ways to meet our social mission; the B Corp model provides a rigorous and best-practice benchmark and we are honoured to be part in this community.
PnP works in an innovative partnership with the social enterprise KOTO in Vietnam (a vocational training program that changes the lives of disadvantaged youth in Vietnam) and its international partner Small Giants, an impact investment group based in Melbourne, Australia. One third of PnP’s profit is returned to support KOTO and other social initiatives in Vietnam and more than 80% of the staff at PnP come from a significantly disadvantaged background.
The Change We Seek®
Pots ‘n Pans believes the hospitality industry can be a key driver of positive change in the world. Through an innovative partnership with KOTO in Vietnam, PnP is seeking to prove that for-profit business can be an accelerator of impact for their partner organisation.
PnP hopes that through their innovative training program their talented people will one day open their own social impact hospitality ventures, further scaling the impact that PnP is already having.
